The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 看到久违的完美剧目的兴奋和故事本身带来的感动都无以言表。在这个故事里，灾难、恐惧、紧张、偏见与神性、真诚、忘我、励志交织在密集(而好听)的台词与迅速转换的场景、人物里，代入感无比强。天花板级别的卡司用精湛技艺同时塑造至少两个人物(In and Out两方，这应该是特别设计的)，这是我这个非剧迷之前没有见识过的，叹为观止。
我以为911题材会很沉重，但很积极很快乐啊，有细节有思考，转换很流畅，女机长太帅了。人与人之间的善意好治愈。
整部剧的基调是自由主义式的，或许这才是正确对抗恐怖主义的途径。用融合代替隔离，用积极代替阴郁，用好好生活代替暴力反应。这部剧是在支离破碎中开出的鲜花，远比美军践踏阿富汗这20年取得的成绩都大。

优秀音乐剧有巨大的能量！极简场景中的演员调度和一秒转场神到我了，一路O嘴惊叹。
二刷才感到Something's Missing才是题眼，灾难的痛苦不会因善意而模糊。
四星给演员，这么简单的场地全靠演技撑起来了
表白机长《Me and the Sky 》太好听
在豆瓣的冷门榜单里面看到了这部电影（话剧或音乐剧）。随手打开，结果一下子就看进去了，并一口气看完了，虽然没经历那个至暗时刻，但只要了解大的背景，就能一下子带入那个场景，投入这个剧情。
這是一部很棒的音樂劇，旋律優美，歌詞細膩多層次，結合當年發生的事件，讓人感動。
故事素材不用说。关键是舞台形式，给人启发。
看的是官摄所以标个电影吧～很感动…机长之歌很振奋；“tonight we honour what we lost but we also commemorate what we found”。
从发现是讲911的故事开始就一直流泪，编排得太好了，性别、宗教、种族、人性方面都有涉及但一点都不觉得拥挤，人物特点很鲜明所以角色切换和转场都很自然，立意也很好，既缅怀失去也致敬收获。好喜欢音乐剧群像！
从头哭到尾，对于这种题材实在没有抵抗力。2021一个汉密尔顿一个来自远方，我会投给来自远方。一些善意是普通人就可以达成的，一点点善意累计起来那就是人性在闪光。
天呐Jenn Colella的机长太帅了！
一个狭小的场地进行广大空间的叙事，人多而不杂乱，事多而有序井然，第一次看到这样的舞台剧，没有繁杂的舞美，没有奢华的舞台，而演出了精彩的故事，大开眼界，大吃一惊！佩服佩服！
